1. Introduction
Welcome to Melico Wash LLC, dba Melico Pressure and Soft Washing, Melico Pressure Washing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our pressure washing services. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We offer professional pressure and soft washing services, including but not limited to residential and commercial exterior cleaning, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, deck and patio washing, roof cleaning, and other related services. The exact scope of work will be detailed in the service agreement or invoice.
3. Estimates & Pricing
- All estimates are free and based on the size and condition of the area to be cleaned.
- Prices may change if unforeseen conditions require additional work.
- A deposit may be required for larger projects.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must ensure the work area is free of obstacles, including vehicles, furniture, and fragile items.
- Water and electricity access must be available at the property for service completion.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, such as loose paint, weak surfaces, or deteriorating materials.
5. Liability & Damages
- We take precautions to prevent damage but are not liable for issues arising from surfaces unable to withstand high-pressure cleaning.
- Customers must inform us of any known vulnerabilities in the surfaces being cleaned before work begins.
- We are not responsible for water intrusion due to unsealed doors, windows, or improperly installed materials.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Late payments may incur a 10% late fee after 30 days.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- A cancellation fee of $50 may apply for last-minute cancellations.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.
8. Weather Policy
- Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, such as heavy rain, storms, or extreme temperatures.
- We will notify customers as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued at our discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to customers.
